I am trying to d/l a file from Hobbes via FTP-PM. I used to get speeds
of over 50 KBps, but now it is about 0.5 KBps. It starts off at a
reasonable speed, but slows to a crawl within a few seconds. HTTP seems
to work MUCH faster, at least at the moment.

Are others experiencing similar speeds? Any ideas what could be wrong?

Thanks!
