Actually I have two (maybe more) personalities.  If someone asks questions  
I provide an answer that's intended to help them solve their problem.  The  
complaint to question ratio tends to cause the character of my responses  
to vary.  
 
I assume, perhaps incorrectly, that folks don't actually want me to do the  
work for them.  If they did, they would offer to pay my standard rate.
