OK.  Looking over what he have done so far, I am clueless as to why you 
let me chose IRQ 11 since it is in use. 
Give spciirq a try with an unused IRQ. 
If that fails, show Veit what you have done with spciirq and cbenable and 
show him the pci -b -d -p output for the OHCI controller and ask him what 
he suggests.
