OK. Recall that I said you should check this along with checking the MIME
types. msgutil.org is only going to affect the browser used by Ctrl-F3
and any other Ctrl key features you implement.
Your problem is the MIME types. These are stored in mr2i.mim and edited
with Settings -> MIME Setup -> MIME Settings
The RMB -> Web browser settings are stored in the ICE INI file and are
edited with Settings -> Advanced.
