Go to Support ==> Technical Service Zone
Enter a product (Motherboard), Country, (USA), SUBMIT
Notice a box that says China. If you go this far with IE you do not see
this China box. If you try to view any of the documents they come out in
Chinese characters; however, if you choose to download by pressing
Shift-Enter, the are stored on disk in English.
