Based on the code I've read I would expect the OHCI controller to show up
in the hardware manager. Also, /V on the BASEDEV statement should
generate screen output.
I would a /V on both the UHCI and OHCI BASEDEVs and look for differences.

If it does not show up in the hardware manager maybe the OHCI driver in
not scanning all the PCI buses.

I don't ever expect to see the PCCard director change. It knows nothing
about USB devices.
