I think that you're looking at the wrong file. Look at cbenable.txt. I
think that running ppcmcia gives you the same result - it's a patch
utility. After running it, OHCI showed up during boot as loading. No
error messages. The OHCI controller also now shows up in the Hardware
Manager. Am I wrong?
