Just so you understand why you are having a problem, the issue is how
INT13X is detected. The MBR installed by LVM has code to detect INT13X
and save this flags where the LVM BM can find them. SC does not have this
code. Other BMs such as AirBoot have the required code.
This is not a problem for boot partitions below the 1K limit. When
invoked by SC, the LVM BM will see them and boot them just fine. The LVM
BM will see the partitions above the 1K limit.
Once eCS is booted and the protect mode drivers are running, all
partitions will be visible, regardless of where they are located.
