Yes, I tried putting the ntfs.ifs statement near the beginning of 
config.sys (under the fat32.ifs statement), and at the end of config.sys, 
which would be after the uniaud drivers. I also went to the netlabs web 
site and downloaded the "latest" drivers. 
If you can think of any other suggestions, please let me know.
