No, I don't think that everyone has or can afford broadband.  But if you survey  
the field now, I think you may find there are more and better deals out there on  
broadband these days.  I know I can do significantly better -- either in cost,  
what is had for the $$, or both -- as soon as I get around to dumping SBC.
