From looking over the documentation (basic info w/ changelong) for  
Chuck McKinnis' ECSMT, it appears to me that there *is* some provision  
for proceding with it even if you already have all the update packages  
in hand, as opposed to having ECSMT retrieve and then apply them for  
you.  Is this correct ?  A simple 'Yes' or 'No' will suffice, if you'd  
rather not go into more detail.  
 
I would prefer to skip the login-and-get-files part of it, since I  
already have them.
