Normally, you get these when you order from the site the first time.
Since you were not a customer, you need to establish an account. Roderick
may have done this for you. Try to retrieve your userid and password with
the SEND button.

Keep in mind that the digital downloads are optional. It appears that
Mensys is providing digital delivery access to those that have ordered CD
media. I don't know if this is normal or just another SCOUG freebie.
