Is 4OS2 your default command processor?  If not you need to rewrite this 
as: 
 v: 
 cdd \bak-moz 
 dsync -v -i 
 exit 
Rule one.  If something doesn't work and you can't read the error message 
because it goes by too fast, the first thing you need to do is figure a 
way to slow things down.  Try your original as: 
 cdd v:\bak-moz 
 dsync -v -i 
 pause 
 exit 
and the error should be obvious.
