The 484458 I explained in a prior message. Did you miss it?
The 496200 is probably for the same reason, although I am not sure why you
were the only one to see it. Everyone that ordered the App Pack should
have received the same thing. I'm not sure yet why this did not occur and
will ask Roderick.

Did you not read my prior post? You wll also receive these on the App
Pack CD.
The digital download option is a freebie.
