This much I know, but the post was not directly addressed to you, and in such a case  
you *should* assume a very collective "You."

Granted.  I was merely reminding all here that if falls to US to report these things --  
to Carla, if during business hours, otherwise to Peter  -- as soon as we have a strong  
suspicion about a service interruption.  I've been trying to do my part in that regard,  
as Carla and Peter can attest.
