Haven't seen that one myself, Martin.  But I did find a situation, once or  
twice, where some settings checkbox was wrongly checked, causing Mozilla to  
come up in Offline mode as a default.  This is more likely to happen if one  
has been changing Moz versions with some regularity, or rushing through the  
large possible array of settings.
