Hi Peter,
OTOH, if we should again find ourselves at a situation where the SCOUG mail server is getting hammered by
the Spammers -- and rendered inoperable as a result -- it could be that we'll HAVE TO institute some
draconian countermeasures. I'd have to say that some or most messages getting through is demonstrably
better than NO messages getting through.
