Consider ATTGLOBAL.NET, successor to IBM.NET. I have a $24.95/mo
premium account which gives me access to dialup almost everywhere
worldwide with a local number (though there is a roaming fee outside
the U.S.). I can have 5 userids, and I get 10mb of space on which
I have a website (<http://pws.prserv.net/studies> if anyone wants
to look). A big plus is I can access my POP mail via a browser
which has saved my backside a number of times when PMMail crashed.
They have a good OS/2 dialer (inherited from IBM days). Look at
their site <http://www.attglobal.net> for more details.
Basically I just use it to get mail, accessing via cable or DSL
wherever I happen to be in the world. Occasionally I use dialup
as a fallback (useful in hotels and airline lounges).
