Create the Swap File on another Drive First.

You might need to have Both swap Files, (Create the Swap File on another
Drive, Reboot, Delete Swap File on C: Drive)

Remember, this is Windows (TM), the OS that requires reboots for things
that "other" OS's just do by running a little "script".
