I just realized that ELPC3OS2_NIF is for the OTHER lan card -- the wired
one. When wireless is working, lantran.log shows IBMWIFI2_NIF is loaded,
etc.
Both drivers are listed in config.sys.
The .nif file is, of course, different for each driver.
If both drivers are enabled, I can use the wired lan card.
To make the wireless card work, the wired card driver has to be remmed out
(and also removed from MPTS configuration).
So the question is how to have both drivers present and get the wireless
card to use the right driver -- or am I not thinking straight?
Thanks,
Sandy
