Having a fine day here, computers purring. However, I don't what changes
I was making on a new machine, but during boot, the numbers 0003 come up
on the screen, and afterwards I'm unable to get internet access. Closer
examination reveals that the cryptic message occurs right after
netbind.exe is loading. And right after that, there's a long wait,
apparently after "Call=C:\os2\cmd.exe /Q /C C:\mptn\bin\mptstart.cmd >nul"
is reached during boot.
How can I determine the cause/solution?
