Has to be something not right with your video (which is ___ ?).  I'm doing  
windowed DOS sessions regularly.  Haven't tried a windowed Win-OS/2,  
but I expect it will work.  (The Win-16 subsystem is confined to a lower  
resolutions, isn't it ?  Anyway, Win-16 stuff does not really lend itself to  
less than full-screen usage, IMO, either functionally or visually.)
