Peter was more direct, and I follow directions (and that machine has no
floppy with which to copy the file onto):
Uninstalled mpts.
Reinstalled it: scary, had to do it from the install CD, using the CID
install.
Now I get the same error, PLUS an error message SYS0318:Message file
/MPTN cannot be found for message 0001, and an addition at the end,
smilar
but referring to message 0003.
I'll try to boot from either another partition, or put a floppy drive
(or
burn a CD) with the other files.
