Go to

http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs?edit=2

and sign in with your user i.d. and password. You'll get a page with
several options. Click on Bounce History to see what has bounced.
Click on Unbounce (on the first page) or Reactivation Request (on the
second page) to start receiving messages again (Yahoo will send you an
email which you have to respond to).
