Hi there,
We sell the CDs for $5 each to cover our costs for materials. It's hard
the estimate demand since we are not WalMart so we sometimes we sell out
and sometimes we don't. Sometimes things happen and CDs don't happen. :-)
I do mail out copies, on request. Shipping is something less than $2.
Maybe even less than $1. I forget what it was last time. If you want a
CD from the next batch, e-mail me privately and I'll arrange to save you a
copy.
We have some back editions available from Sep, 2003 and before. These are
$2 each.
We also have some logo items - t-shirts and tote bags.
If anyone is interested in these items, contact me privately.
Regards,
Steven
