In the last two weeks I have had these five uncommitted memory traps from
which I extracted the info below thanks to Steven's dumptrapscreen and the
ability of Ctl-Alt-Numlk-Numlk to create a dump.

I did not record which apps were operating.

Mr2ice was runing. Started in-joy 2.3. It dialed, made the connection
and then the trap occurred.

System was just sitting while I had coffee. MR2ICE v 2.3 was open, maybe
BA2K scheduler daemon, and RSJ error log, and in-joy.

System locked up when attempt to exit in-joy in the usual manner resulted
in a black in-joy window and no response to keyboard Alt-Ctl-Del or
attempt to display window with list of open apps. I think in-joy was only
app in use; scheduler daemon and RSJ error program had been closed--I
think.

In-joy, mr2ice, ztbold, and mozilla 1.6 (November build) were running.
After previous traps, chkdsk during reboot corrected only error in
os2\help\cache, this time it corrected error there and errors in mozilla
caches, injoy defaultlog, lexijet spooler, and acroread tmp file.

This one was a beauty: trap info in yellow with a flashing red and yellow
pattern partly obscuring it. This happend once before, but I don't
remember
which trap was involved.

The first and fourth traps are almost identical.

If anyone can make any sense of these traps, I would appreciate his
letting me know. If that is not possible, is there anything I can do,
other than noting exactly which apps were running, to make interpretation
of future traps possible.

Jack
