Not really. He's is a young, headstrong and relatively smart. There have
been cases where his ego gets in the way. Perusing the newsgroups will
show evidence of this. One on one he's fine, at least with me. In the
past, I worked with him a bit on some trap issues he ran into.
Of course, the reality is that the rest of the world does not necessarily
agree with the way Americans do things. Martin is just a single example.
I'm continually surprised that so many Americans seem to be surprised by
this disagreement.
