So to run EXTDISK I thought to as Steve suggests boot to DOS, only to
discover after adding the DOS primary to the IBM Boot Manager menu
that I had not yet loaded DOS onto this partition. I can find no
way to make it startable in LVM or MiniLVM.
Ad interim I will use a DOS floppy to boot the machine and run
EXTDISK. However how can I install DOS to this partition?
My present solution is:
1 With MiniLVM delete the IBM Boot Manager
2 With PM BootMagic set the DOS partition startable
3 Deactivate Bootmagic using a floppy disk
4 Install DOS from floppies
5 With MiniLVM reinstall IBM Boot Manager
6 With MiniLVM add the DOS, Win98 and eCS 1.1 partitions to the
boot menu
Is there a better way?
