This is somewhat my fault. I probably should pay a tad more attention and
supply better meta keywords to help Carla out.

It is:

Looking at the page source explains the problem. For some reason, the
page has no keywords. Looking at sometime more recent like:

http://www.scoug.com/os24u/2003/scoug404.mrkia.html

will show some keywords, no none that are really all that useful.

There has been some discussion of the lifetime of CD-R media. Fogging
happens with some brands.

Yes.

All of the above reminds me that we could use a volunteer or two to help
update the website to add good keywords and identify bad links. This
requires no html expertise, just the ability to click a mouse. Anyone
interested should contact Carla.
