That happened to me, where my other 2 systems are Windows XP and Windows 98.
Both Windows boxes said that I did not have the correct permission to view the ECS
shares. In my case the problem was my NET.ACC file on my new ECS installation. You
can do an internet search under "OS/2" and "NET.ACC" to read more about it. I can
also refer you to the May 1998 issue of VOICE.
In my case I fixed the problem by copying over my NET.ACC file from my previous
Warp 4 installation.
