Just forget it. If you want ANY interaction between OS/2 and windows, you cannot
have a 300G partition. There is no FS gonna do what you are asking, so you might
as well accept that you will have to have multiple partitions with Fat32 if you
want to share. There are no other options.

What the hell are you transferring around that is 300G anyway? :-) How many
times do you have to move files that exceed even 32G?? How long does a USB
interface take to transfer 32G, and god forbid, 300G?

Inquiring minds just want to know
