In the past few years I've burned an enormous number of cd-r's. I've
always purchased them at the lowest price available, which is generally
$0.00 after rebate. During the last couple of months I've noticed the
$0.00 c0st after rebate isn't being offered. My thought is perhaps the
powers that be want the users that be to switch to the dvd format. The
cd-r format is still viable, but if one were thinking of adding the dvd
write hardware to one's configuration, what are the recommendations for
good dvd writers in the os/2 -- eCS format?

As a side bar, the bookmakers here have the Laker-Piston game even while
some are giving the Lakers a point. All eyes point eastward!
