I have a bit of an inlaw problem again, and I need to install a video
surveillance system down in San Diego. Is there any OS/2 video
recording software which can record a "time lapse" image, i.e. discard
most of the frames so instead of recording 30 fps it only records 15,
10, 6, 5, 3, 2 or 1 frame per second?

If not, other suggestions would be helpful.
