I am connected to the internet via cable with a modem. I have a linksys
4 port/wireless router between the modem and my computers. On my main
system I run eCS 1.1 with GTirc as my irc client. GT works well with the
exception I can not DCC send. DCC receive is great. In my experiences,
I've used XChat in linux. Xchat provides a configuration I've not seen on
any other irc client. I am able to get my dcc ip address from the irc
server. The value given here is DCC ip address 68.108.177.170. My local
ip address is 192.168.1.100. I am able to send DCC with this setup.
My question is, are there any irc clientst for os/2 that this
configuration can be made so I could send DCC ? Additionally, if no
client is available that this configuration can beimplemented, is there a
way to make this change in an existing client?

thanks,

butch
