oka...i recognized that:
a.) scitek does not support at this time intel
82855gm
b.) no solutions came from support.install inspite
the best efforts of all involved (thank you for all of
your best efforts).....
and... c.) i bought before i RTFM....
sooo.... is there any process or contacts anybody
might
provide, that given time (maybe year(s)) that scitek
could provide support for this intel chip????
and how could i support/expedite this change (as a end
user)????
...ps... i was able (after buying a usb floppy drive)
to verify thru PCI sniffer:
8086h intel
3582h 82855GM montara integrated graphics device
pci display
type vga etc......tia and still loyal os2 user (&
future owner of eCs1.2) dave rose
