Yeah, I know! That wasn't much help to me. I was hoping that I could eventually get to an   
executable file, so that I can re-start the toolbar, using REXX.  
 
My only other alternative is to take it out of the startup folder and place it in the "SET   
AUTOSTART=" command in the CONFIG.SYS. Perhaps placing it there would change   
the behavior of the desktop reset (and the toolbar remain open after resets).
