A quick tracerte shows that filter4.fea.net (216.115.224.17) and
relaypoint.net (216.115.246.181) both connect to 209.203.107.2.
It looks like filter4.fea.net received the message(s) and then due to
either maintenance (as Bob mentioned) or technical problems couldn't get
the message to relaypoint.net where your POP3 mailbox is. Personally I
suspect technical problems since it's sort of unusual to take a server
down for scheduled maintenance in the middle of the day (11:57 a.m.
according to the header). If a technical problem, it could have been at
either server or on the route between them.
WhoIs says both fea.net and relaypoint.net are West Coast Internet in
Capistrano Beach. The two servers might be in the same room. Maybe a
rat chewed through their connecting cable.
Anyway, glad you finally got the messages. Happy reading. :))
