I hear 'Ya.  I'm something like 5 G's (have lost track, exactly) into repairs over  
the past 15 months, and now the motor that controls the driver's seat-back position  
has crapped out.  Probably should have cut my losses a while ago.  However, it is  
the best car I've ever owned, and I probably could not afford as nice a car at  
today's prices.
