Can't answer your question with any assurance, but my impression is that  
there must be.  I mean, there are a variety of tools available, running from  
freeware to shareware to commercial programs & utilities.  Surely, some  
combination of them must be able to pull this off.  
 
Mostly for future reference, I'd like to find out if there is an  
all-encompassing in-dash unit on the market that plays CDs (and MP3s), still  
plays cassette tapes, regular AM/FM, **and** can receive either XM or Sirius  
-- without compromising down to a less than very good job on any of these.  
I think I know who to ask about this, but will just toss that out here as  
well.
