Mark, the SCOUG-Help posts which I've received here recently are (these
are -0700 times):

After the above is your Sat 21:40 message, and then two responses at
22:10 and 22:37.
Sometimes messages are held for a while because a link is down, and they
show up eventually. I just checked the SCOUG server's outbound queue
and there aren't any messages waiting to be sent to you (I grep'ed on
your "relaypoint" address). Did the missing messages ever arrive? If
they did, the headers will tell you where they were parked.
