Yes to all of the above.  Most likely, the easiest place for you to get  
them will be the eCS website.  I'm not sure if eCSMT has been updated yet  
to apply the update or if you will need to use the supplied installer.  Of  
course, since the installer only copies files into place, you can always  
do this yourself.
