My STARTUP.CMD has:

C:\OS2\CACHE.EXE /MAXAGE:7500 /DISKIDLE:60000 /BUFFERIDLE:60000

I got the numbers from an old SCOUG Open House (July 19, 1997) handout from Gene
Osten. Are these numbers still good?
