It's just a verbose log file.  Without the /C is does no updates.

Under UNIMAINT, use:  
 
  Repair -> Repair Options  
 
to bring up the repair settings dialog.  Do you have all the radio buttons  
set to auto-repair?  If not, turn them off and run the standard repair.  
 
Let me know what happens.
