You need to read checkini.txt again and understand what you are asking it 
to do.  Use should be using: 
  checkini /c 
to get rid of the references to non-existant drives.  Using: 
  checkini /c/r 
is OK once you have cleaned out the true garbage. 
If your box meets the requirement stated in checkini.txt, you can also 
try: 
  checkini /c/t 
>C:, Ext(DEFG) all fat 16.  E: is OS/2. 
OK.  Do any of the FAT drives have unusually large "EA DATA. SF" files?
