Something is getting cached somewhere. The WPS kill will get rid of
whatever the WPS has stored in memory but cleared there's more data cached
elsewhere. Part of the problem is that the cleaners must run with the WPS
active and sort of works behind the scenes. It's similar to the design
problems one would have attempting to chkdsk an active drive.
You might want to consider upgrading to FP15. While it's true there were
not a lot of WPS fixes between FP10 and FP15, there were some and you will
never know if they are fixing your problem. The same is true with respect
to upgrading to eCS.
