Both these ARCinst.EXE files are equally same !
Where could I find something else ?
At the moment I do have no idea what and where to look ;-(

It could be. I also would be something specific to just your system.

I wouldn't do that. I would copy arcinst.exe from the Warp4 install and
see if it will run correctly.
