So, how do you know what you have, and what are the sources? The only
thing I have used lately is from:
http://www.mozilla.org/ports/os2/
and looks like:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.6b/mozilla-os2-1.6b.zip

Also what's with the talk about path and libpath? I don't have anything
about Mozilla in either, and don't believe I ever did.

I don't know if this is of any relevance or interest, but I have
multiple profiles for multiple ISPs within a single installation of
Mozilla, and multiple accounts within a single profile. Email can be
shared or separated anyway I choose.

And the directory structure is of my choosing.
