Interesting, I hadn't heard of this. Sounds sort of like UNZIP for .WPI's. If that's the case, I would find it a useful
tool.
I am starting to wonder about the reliance many seem to have placed on this new "universal installer." Over a period of
time, I had d/l'd three versions of FAT32.IFS, all in the warpin format. When I finally got around to attempting to install
them, two of these turned out to be corrupt, and so would not install. Of those, I could only re-find one of them online,
and a repeat d/l also turned out to be corrupt, so the problem was not a faulty d/l (which has been extremely rare anyway,
in my experience). As a result, the only version I was able to install was the oldest one, which goes back to early '02. I
haven't had a chance to test it, because the test was to be on USB media, and I'll need to have working USB for that.
