This makes some sense for a trap 8. The kernel knows a driver was active,
but the 2nd trap is no with the driver code so the conversion from cs:eip
to name fails.

What you can do is crank up Theseus and use System -> Kernel Information
-> System Object Summary. Scan down the list and match up the eip value
with the nearest object. The description field might give you a clue as
the what the kernel was doing when the failure occurred. I suspect the
eip is in the middle of data, unfortunately. The edx value is more
interesting in that it's probably inside the os2krnl code. There are
tools available to convert this address to a function name within the
kernel, but let's see if your other efforts fix the problem.

Chuck only provide links to drivers that don't come with eCS/Warp. He
probably should provide links to updates to supplied drivers, but I don't
think he does this.
