Apparently something needs adjusting. Certain commands wait about
15 sec before execution, e.g. to print from a DOS session won't start
for about 15 seconds after I depress the key to command printing.
However if I then exit the DOS ap, printing starts immediately.
Similarly in WinOS/2, if I hit Alt-F4, the exit process waits for
about 15 sec before it starts.

What should I do to speed this up?
